He is kind of trying to sit up alone but he may still have a few weeks to go on that trick.
He's using his hands to touch things in front of him albeit with limited coordination at this point.
But what he really likes is when we talk directly to him and sing little songs. That always seems to elicit a big grin. I can't tell if he's laughing with me or at me?

They say babies aren't ticklish but I know darn well he is. Under his arms and around his belly sometimes gets him laughing out loud. It's really cute but kind of rare. I wish I could catch it on camera. Stay tuned...
We had another visit from Aunt Jill and Uncle Greg this past weekend. Parker really loves his Aunt Jill as you can see here:

Every time I turned around, Jill had the baby.
We went out to dinner with some of Jill's colleagues.

We made a trip to the World Famous San Diego Zoo last weekend.

I guess that's enough for now. It's worth noting that Parker was technically 15 weeks old yesterday (Tuesday). I don't know if it has gone by fast or slow. 15 weeks doesn't sound like a long time but I'm having trouble remembering life before him. Odd.
Special congratulations to our good friends Robin and Sean. We've had a link up on the right to their baby blog for a while and the big day finally came on Jan. 15th. Welcome Baby Camryn! We are so excited for them. Just get through the first couple of weeks guys. The sleeping gets better after that.

Susan & I have just now gotten ourselves caught up on Baby Moody blog. I can't believe it's already been a month since we've seen Parker, yet he's changing so much. Keep the pictures & videos coming; they'll have to do until after tax season when maybe we'll be going to Vegas and, hopefully, a side trip to San Diego.

All I know is Parker just smiles everytime he sees me. Even through the webcam. When the webcam did not work and all he could here was my voice, he got so frustrated because he could not see me....go figure...he loves his Aunt Jill:-)

He sure is a cutie! I am looking forward to seeing him when you come to NC in the spring.

I'm so excited that you guys are moving back to NC! Parker is getting so big! It's amazing how fast they grow. Camryn gained a whole pound in one week!
